Caelyn sprained her ankle jumping off the bed. We told her many times not to jump on or off the bed, but she had to test the limits. It was hurting her so bad, Chad had to take her to the emergency room. We think she liked the special treatment for a day, but as soon as we told her she couldn't go to school or dance/gymnastics, she started to limp and worked on building her strength.
